Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Tournament & Seminar Registrations

Due to immediate administrative allocation of tournament bouts, tatami slots, official judges, competitor kits, insurance, and international federation credentials, all fees paid for championship entries (Kata, Kumite, Team events) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Kyu & Dan Grading Examination Fees

Dan certification fees paid for JSKF Japan central registration, diplomas, and official belt convocations cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted to the examination board. In the event of an unavoidable medical absence supported by a certified medical practitioner, the examination registration may, at the sole discretion of Chief Instructor Sensei S. Prabhakar, be rolled over to the subsequent convocation.

3. Accidental Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of a technical glitch causing an accidental duplicate payment for the same registration order, the surplus amount will be refunded to the original payment source (bank account / UPI / card) after verification within 5 to 7 business days. Please report duplicate transactions with payment reference IDs to info@jskfi.com.
